Meet
Sarah Bogach, MSW, RSW
Social Worker and Psychotherapist, new mama & reality TV aficionado
Sarah’s approach to therapy starts with the belief that YOU are the expert of your own life and she’s right there — ready to offer you a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your feelings, identify practical strategies for managing low mood and anxiety, and embrace your ability to overcome challenges.
Passionate about empowering individuals through life’s ups and downs, she specializes in helping adults and young adults (18 and older) tackle mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, and struggles with self-worth.
With a special interest in maternal mental health and firsthand experience as a new mom, she understands the emotional rollercoaster of motherhood and the pressure to "do it all." Whether navigating major life transitions, building self-kindness, or addressing the challenges of pregnancy and postpartum, she provides a supportive, validating space to help you feel seen and heard.
Backed by diverse experience in case management and working on a family health team, she uses practical therapeutic techniques with a comprehensive, caring approach to help you achieve the change you desire.
With a holistic lens and an emphasis on self-compassion, Sarah believes that mental health is key to overall well-being—and she’s here to support you every step of the way.
