That’s a great question! Sorry the answer isn’t so crystal clear. Every body is different. Your wellbe therapist will be able to provide you with a more accurate timeline after your initial consultation. Rest assured, your therapist will work with you 1-on-1 to help create a plan that gets you feeling better faster.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand things happen... but a late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient who needs it.

As such, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the treatment or event cost. But let’s not get there yet?!

No, you don’t need a doctor’s note to be assessed and treated by our practitioners. You can book here anytime! Some insurance companies do require a physician’s referral—it’s always a good idea to check with your insurance company.
