Meet
Kelly Houlahan
Psychotherapist (Qualifying), coffee enthusiast & collector of fun facts
Kelly welcomes you with warmth and curiosity, and zero judgement - the kind of therapist who makes you feel instantly safe to show up exactly as you are. She understands that life can be a lot (the joy, the chaos, the tender moments in between) and meets you right where you’re at.
In her work with individuals, Kelly supports clients through anxiety, stress, and difficult past experiences that still linger. She often integrates EMDR into her sessions — a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps the brain process and release memories or patterns that feel “stuck,” so they have less emotional charge over time.
Kelly also helps clients explore the thoughts, emotions, and habits that shape daily life, fostering awareness and insight at a pace that feels grounded and manageable. Her approach is collaborative, supportive, and deeply human, always centering what matters most to you.
With couples, Kelly offers a compassionate, steady space where both partners can feel truly seen. She helps couples reconnect, rebuild trust, communicate with more ease, and deepen intimacy — whether you’re navigating conflict, feeling disconnected, or wanting to grow together.
Her ultimate goal is to help you build stronger, more authentic connections — with yourself, with each other, and within your relationships — so you can feel more supported, understood, and connected in your everyday life.
